Every product is handled with utmost care. We ensure that each product is in the best condition before shipping it to our customers. We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Provide us with the following proofs:-
- Photos of the packaging.
- Photo or video of the defective item.
- Description of the problem.

Returns will only be accepted if you send us all the required proofs within 24 hours after you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You can return the damaged item to us within 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed.
For returning the item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In case of a refund, you will receive the money within 5 working days. Please note, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case of an exchange, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.
Sale / promotional offer items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive 50% refund only if you cancel the order before we ship it to you.
